Relief Operations – Taal Eruption
After the devastating Taal Eruption last January 12, 2020, that sent a thick ash fall over Batangas, Cavite, and even reaching some parts of Manila, the affected families had sought temporary shelters in evacuation centers set by the respective LGUs and authorities.
The Taal Volcano, one of the Philippines’ most active volcanoes, has affected more than 50,000 people.
As part of the humanitarian efforts to help the affected families, Rural Bank of Guinobatan, Inc. distributed hygiene kits to help them with their personal and social life to prevent them from illnesses and diseases.
